Auski Roadhouse is at the intersection of Great Northern Highway and Munjina-Nanutarra Road (to Wittenoom). It is 83 kilometres distant to Dales Gorge Campground.

The original owners of the Roadhouse were Australian and New Zealand nationals. They constructed the name from the words ‘Aussie’ and ‘Kiwi’ to get ‘Auski’.
